Bouncers (BNCs)

A few days ago, network BNCs began to start going haywire, for whatever reason. However, while looking at the BNCs more closely, I realized that they were never used. There was only 1 active user on it.

Because of this, I believe that the resources used by the old BNC installation can be used someplace else. The one existing user has already migrated to a different ZNC instance.

With that being said, I'm closing down the network bouncer service until further notice. Those who wish to use a bouncer on Techtronix can choose from other third-party services, or use something like IRCCloud.
